Just some post-call fun with my precious baby - he's growing so so fast, and I've definitely been slacking on keeping up with documenting his every moment!  What a sweet sweet boy - we could never have asked for a cuter, sweeter, more precious addition to our life.

Steve, Tamorah, and Quinton /// Family Photography

I had the wonderful pleasure of photographing my colleague, Tamorah, and her family today. Quinton is such a smart little boy - repeating every word his mommy and daddy say!  I learned he has many precious pet names, including "birdie", and can bring a smile to anyone's face!  Hopefully I captured a glimpse of lifelong memories for them, as Quinton is growing up so so fast!

What a beautiful addition to an already beautiful family!  Baby Hersh came a little early, but what a precious little one.  He was so cooperative throughout the whole afternoon, and his big sister Lila was a doll for the camera.  Monique and Neel are such wonderful, proud parents, and it doesn't take much to see the love between all of them (including their dog Mia!).

Man we should do this more often! What a fun morning at Stephanie's house. She's always so kind to host, and what a wonderful host she is! Six out of our 9 fellows have had babies over the last year, and what better way to preserve this precious memory than have pictures show for it.

I had the pleasure of taking Neal and Lisa's maternity photos a few weeks ago, and now they have their precious little guy.  The love I saw between them then is so easily seen deep within their new family.  He was quite awake and alert early on, but then relaxed a little for us to get some more pictures - I really felt privileged and enjoyed being a part of their special occasion.  Happy first Mother's Day!

Our little baby Nilay is growing up so fast! It was such a warm day today, so we decided to take the little bugger outside. The setting and vision was all MOM's! And it seems as though he's so fascinated by the camera...maybe he'll be like his daddy...

Baby Micah /// Newborn Photography

I had the wonderful pleasure of working professionally with Rebecca, and she so kindly wanted me to take pictures of their precious newborn.  Newborn photos are great in that you're never able to predict the temperment of the baby - some are quiet and alert, some loud, and some very sleepy.  Micah, as well as his new parents, were wonderful to work with.  He's not a small baby (9lbs!), but was so calm and really allowed us to get some great pictures.  Congratulations again you two!

What a weekend! From the ceremonial "sone ki sidi" (steps of gold), to the wonderful Saturday night party, to the relaxing few days at Firesky Resort with an easter egg hunt, and even time for "couple" pictures - just a wonderful weekend in Phoenix! So great to see all the family together, and hopefully a start to a yearly gathering!
