What a beautiful weekend in NAPA Valley, California. Jen and Mallique's wedding was amid the top of the valley, in one of the most beautiful locations in the country. A beautiful couple, wonderful speeches, flavorful hats, and just a ton of fun. We're so happy for them two, and happy that we'll still be in the same neighborhood as them for at least another year. Congratulations you two!

A few days pass, and we miss each other's calls...days then turn into a month, and a month into month's...our schedules are just that way.  But the moment we have an opportunity to get together, and what an amazing opportunity this was - Jen and Mallique's wedding in NAPA....we do.  And it's like, as Sonal says "just what we needed, some chicken soup for the soul..."  Here are some fun photos from a fabulous weekend of two couples, Eli and Atta, and Jess and Mike, and individuals of Sonal, Eli, and Sara.  So great to see you guys and can't wait till we see each other in a few weeks!

It's so incredibly amazing to have family near by.  When you're having a bad day, or months for that matter, they're there to remind you that life will go on, and things will get better.  We're so lucky to continue to feed that tree that was planted years ago, and as siblings, be so close to one another.  And we can only hope that as we raise our kids, they value their relationships with one another, as much as we do. And what better way to capture that relationship then with some family photos. We had the chance to spend some time in the afternoon for some long overdue family shots of the VA gang, so here you go!

Ashish and Ranjana /// Anniversary Photography

We finally did it!  Two years and waiting for "couple" photos, and we were successful today!  What can I say about my beautiful sister and handsome brother-in-law.  It wasn't hard to capture their natural tenderness, even 10+ years after being married!  I am so happy that they'll have some great memories to hang on their walls.  It's always hard to think of your own family (especially sisters) as being "lovey dovey" with their significant others, but after today (with a little work), you can see the natural love that exists between these two. Congratulations on another year!  Love you guys!

Kerri, Jake and Olivia /// Family Photography

Has it been almost 6 months? I had the pleasure of photographing Kerri and Jake's newborn photos on the day my wife was being induced, and I can't believe how big baby Olivia has gotten since! I was fortunate to catch these guys on their way to NY, and we found a great spot at Gorman Farm (www.gormanproducefarm.com) in Elkridge. It was a beautiful day, and baby Olivia was as sweet as the farm's watermelon!
